Worker Login codes

A worker login code is a simple way for a worker to login to the timesheet app. A worker can use their login code to access the mobile app or the desktop site.

Finding worker login codes

You can switch between worker login code and email and password login using the link at the bottom of the login form on both the mobile app and desktop site.

You can see the login codes on the 'Workers' tab on the 'People' page if you are an admin for your company. You can also generate a new code for a worker if you think the one they have has been compromised. Anyone using the previous code at the time a new one is generated will have to login again with their new code.

• A workers login code can be found in the 'Workers' tab, or in the specific worker's profile.

• To find the code in the specific worker's profile:
  • Select the worker
  • Scroll down in their profile
  • Under the heading 'Worker login code', you will see their code displayed.
  • Text or email the code to your worker for them to login and use the time sheeting app.

The worker code is a less secure form of authentication that is only suitable for time sheeting only. To grant someone access to do more than timesheet for a single worker (e.g. an admin), create them as a User.
