Financials

Under the financials tab you will find your Budget and Quote for your project. Here is where you can update the versions of your Budget and Quotes if any financial changes have been made to your Estimate. 

• In the project menu, navigate to the 'Financials' tab on the taskbar on the left side.

• On this screen, you will see the budget and quote for the current project.
  • If you have not created an estimate for your project and generated tasks from it or manually created any tasks, these boxes will be empty with a button that says 'Go to tasks'. Create tasks/generate tasks first.

• As you make changes to your Estimate you will need to update the versions here by clicking the Create a version button in the blue box. 

• A box will appear showing you what changes are being made.
  • Select 'Create version'

 

• Once updated you will have a new version of your Budget/Quote.
