Progress Reports
Progress reports give you a level of reporting that will allow you to understand exactly where you stand on a project based on labour used and labour budgeted, and where you are likely to be at the end of the project.
You can start making an estimate by:
- Select Progress Reports under the Reports section.

- This displays all your jobs from the last time a report was made.

- Select a job clicking on a job or select one from the dropdown list

- Select Make New Progress Estimate on the top left.

- A new window will appear and you can start estimating your progress for each section. Do this by sliding each section's progress bar to reflect where you think that section is at.
- Remember this is for labour only and is not accounting for materials or subcontractors work

- Once at least one estimate has been submitted you can see your Budgeted Hours against your Forecasted Hours, more importantly, your performance as of today.
- The forecasted numbers show you where you will be by the end of the job if current trends continue.

-
- You can also have a detailed report of your man hours and timesheets from your subheadings obtained by 'Select a Subheading' drop-down at the top / click on any subheading titles.

- You can Select previous estimates to compare previous progress reports with in the job
