Job Reports - Financials
An in-depth job analysis.
Introduction
An in-depth job analysis allows a user to track all the data mapped against a job, comparing budgeted expenditure vs. actual expenditure in Man-hours, Labour, Materials, and Sub-contractors.
To access this report

Select Financials under the Reports tab.

You can click on any of the Jobs you have created to have an in-depth analysis.
Analyzing Data
This page shows the budgeted expenditure for the section and the current expenditure logged against the section. With these numbers, a "difference" is produced at the end of the row, showing what percentage of the job is complete. This percentage then calculates whether the current expenditure is on-target or off-target with the budget. There is a total row at the bottom of the table showing a job-wide summary.
