Once your team have downloaded the timesheet app, 'My Step Up Projects', from either the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store and you have provided your workers their login credentials, they are ready to timesheet!
- To log into 'My Step Up Projects', enter the 6 digit code that is provided to you into the prompted box and press 'Sign In'.
- To enter a timesheet, select the 'Add Project' button to find the project you would like to allocate time against.
- This will display all of your current projects.

- Find the project by scrolling through the list or use the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner to search for the respective project, then tap it to add it to the 'Timesheets' page.
- Once the project is on the 'Timesheets' page, you can allocate time against it.
- To add time, press the blue 'Add task to *Project Name*' button.

- Find the task you would like to timesheet against by scrolling through the list or by using the magnifying glass icon to search for it, then tap it to add it to the current project.

- Once the task you want to allocate time against is on the 'Timesheets' page, enter time spent on this task by tapping the zeroes to the right of your task name.
- Using the prompted function, select the amount of time spent on this task. The two numbers are for hours (left scroll on Apple, outer circle on Android) and minutes (right scroll on Apple, inner circle on Android).
- Click 'Done' or 'OK' to enter the selected time.
- Once the task you want to allocate time against is on the 'Timesheets' page, enter time spent on this task by tapping the zeroes to the right of your task name.
- You may wish to add notes to the task to expand on what was completed during the task.
- Click the note icon to the right of the time entered.

- Write additional details about the selected task in the presented box.
- When the note is completed, press 'Save note' to add it to the task.

- If you want to edit that note, simply follow the process again. The previous saved note will be in the box when you press the note button and you can make any necessary changes to it. Each task can only have one note at a time, so be sure to add all relevant information.
